Sustainability is important to us: our employees live in the nearby area, at the breakfast buffet we mainly use local products, our drinking water comes directly from the mountain above us; with our photovoltaic system, we cover a large part of our energy needs, we heat and cool the rooms with a heat pump, charging stations for electric cars are available, e-bikes are charged in the bicycle room, all our laundry is washed in-house, waste reduction and waste separation are very important to us.
Take the motorway from Munich (about 300 km away) - Innsbruck (150 km away) - Brenner to Bolzano (Bolzano South exit) - the expressway towards Merano until the first exit (Eppan on the Wine Route), from the town center of St. Michael/Eppan turn towards "Berg" and follow the signs.

The apartments, vacation rentals, rooms, and suites are available from around 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Luggage storage and use of the swimming pool and garden area are possible until your final departure.
